How much training should I do?
This depends on:
What will a FREE WISE WORKOUT involve?
First off, we have an informal chat, where I can learn a bit more about you, what makes you tick and how much exercise you've done before. That's when the fun begins... I will take you through some exercises to give you a flavour of how I approach exercise. After this, we look at how Wise Workouts can fit in to your schedule and if you are happy to continue. This will last between 30 minutes and an hour.
How do I book sessions?
Contact me via email, Facebook, or call 07896 482072. I am very flexible with sessions and should be able to accomodate most requests and schedules!
How much do you charge per session?
£45 per session for 1 hour.
Do you do block bookings and are there any discounts?
Yes I do, although it largely depends on the size of block bookings. I do block bookings of
10 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS FOR £450 + 1 FREE
15 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS FOR £675 + 2 FREE
20 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS FOR £900 + 4 FREE
The more you do, the cheaper they work out for you!
Can I train with a friend or family?
Yes, absolutely. I have trained friends, couples, parents and their children and again this will work out as a cheaper alternative.

- Any injuries and your health
Goal setting The more specific you can be with this, (as long as it is realistic) the bigger the chance of getting results. It's all about you having a crystal clear idea of why you want me to train you, this helps me to motivate you and means I am able to design workouts and programmes to suit your individual needs.
